Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license.
• Shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, stairs, lifting 50 lbs).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and manage emergency repairs.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for design compliance.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles in daily responsibilities.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to solve complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
• Impact customer, operational, project, or service activities within teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
