Job summary

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, universal CFC certification, a valid driver’s license, and prior shift supervision experience. The role emphasizes safety, code compliance, and effective use of CMMS and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma or 4‑5 years of relevant work experience; universal CFC certification; valid driver's license; shift supervisor experience preferred.
• Meet the physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting/carrying heavy loads; strong analytical judgment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and repairs across mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life-safety and control systems to meet standards.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage inventory of supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and handle emergency maintenance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and client safety directives.
