Job summary

JLL in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across HVAC, electrical, and other systems. You will specialize in one craft and be multi-skilled in others to support daily operations.

Responsibilities include preventive and repair work orders, HVAC and electrical distribution maintenance, safety compliance, and coordination with the Facility Management team as well as contractors.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform all work using the proper PPE.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain HVAC systems and related equipment and electrical distribution.
• Record readings and adjust operations to ensure proper function.
• Coordinate with Facility Management and outside contractors as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
