Job summary

JLL in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing systems across assigned facilities.

You will perform preventive and repair work orders, use CMMS Corrigo, and ensure energy efficiency while minimizing downtime. A high school diploma or GED and four years of building engineering experience are required; on-call availability is expected.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R focused building engineering experience required.
• Strong electrical, plumbing and equipment repair skills.
• Experience with refrigeration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Operate, maintain and repair HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical equipment.
• Study equipment and procedures to perform tasks correctly.
• Complete inspections and due diligence to ensure client occupancy success.
• Utilize CMMS for all work performed.
• Have a valid state driver’s license and be on-call as needed.
