Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks an HVAC Mobile Engineer to maintain, repair, and optimize building systems across client properties. You will work on HVAC equipment, boilers, pumps, and control systems to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires hands-on experience in building engineering, a high school diploma, four years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and EPA 608 certification. A $5,000 signing bonus is included.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; apprentice program preferred.
Valid driver’s license and EPA Section 608 Universal certification required.
Experience with HVAC equipment, boilers, pumps, refrigerants, and energy management systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repair on facility mechanical, electrical, lighting, and related systems.
Operate and repair HVAC, boilers, pumps, and distribution systems.
Inspect facilities and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
Respond to emergencies; potential light travel between properties.
