Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems across client locations. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, rapid response to issues, and coordination with building operations.

Requires at least four years of building engineering experience, EPA Section 608 universal certification, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• HVAC system operation, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of boilers, pumps, refrigerant systems, and electrical distribution.
• Familiarity with building automation and life safety systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and warranties.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems per work orders.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems across client locations.
• Respond to emergencies and support after-hours events.
• Prepare monthly operation reports for the management team.
