Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an HVAC Mobile Engineer to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for assigned properties in Denver metro. The role includes rounds, preventive maintenance, and responsive repairs to maintain safe, comfortable environments.

Applicants should have 5+ years in operating HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a high school diploma or GED; trade program preferred. On-call and extended shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC requirements of the building(s).
• Maintain heating equipment, DX units, split systems, rooftop units, and associated components.
• Monitor and adjust mechanical equipment and thermostats to maintain comfort.
• Perform preventive maintenance per standards, including filters, coils, bearings, and belts checks.
• Respond to emergencies and document activities for supervisor.
