Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Commercial HVAC Engineer to support multiple commercial sites, performing preventive and emergency maintenance and documenting work in CMMS. The role requires 4+ years of HVAC experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across site locations.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, EPA Universal preferred, and the physical capability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Ability to work across multiple sites.
• EPA Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment to meet codes and safety standards.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement solutions for modifications.
• Perform repairs, preventive and emergency maintenance, and document work in CMMS.
• Operate company vehicles to sites for daily tasks.
• Share HVAC expertise and mentor teammates while aligning with CBRE values.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate technical information clearly to clients.
