Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to support a portfolio of locations, ensuring reliable operation of HVAC and mechanical systems. The role suits a hands‑on technician who thrives in a mobile, high‑visibility environment and focuses on uptime for open‑for‑business facilities.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple retail sites, responding to service calls, and coordinating with banking managers and operations to minimize disruption.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4–5 years of related experience.
• EPA universal 608 certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic carpentry/electrical/plumbing literacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and related building systems across retail sites.
• Respond to service calls with urgency, work independently, and coordinate with operations teams.
• Operate company vehicle and maintain service records and safety standards.
