Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a HVAC Mobile Engineer to support a major telecommunications client across Albuquerque and surrounding areas. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems at 20–30 sites, including data centers and central offices.

Travel routinely throughout the Albuquerque region, with occasional trips to outlying sites. The role operates in a mobile, route-based environment, reporting to dispatch and coordinating with client stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
EPA Universal Certification (required).
Experience with CMMS and mobile work-order systems.
Working knowledge of BAS/BMS and HVAC controls.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems across multiple sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures in mission-critical facilities and data centers.
Service and maintain HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, CRAC/precision cooling, chillers, exhaust and ventilation, and VAV systems.
Monitor and interact with BAS/BMS systems, including alarm monitoring and basic adjustments.
Complete service documentation using CMMS and mobile work-order systems.
