Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair building systems across HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems. You will manage work orders, estimate materials, and oversee preventive maintenance to keep facilities safe and reliable.

You will review inspections, ensure compliance with codes, and mentor others while working with on-site teams. The role requires a valid driver’s license and Universal CFC certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver's license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, maintain inventory of supplies/tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance and oversee emergency repairs as needed.
• Review inspections to ensure operation meets design specs and environmental conditions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Operate company vehicles in daily duties.
• Share knowledge across disciplines and mentor colleagues.
• Lead by example and build consensus within teams.
