Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma required; combination with experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance to meet or exceed equipment life and safety standards.
