Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Reno, NV is seeking a Mobile Engineer to keep facilities running smoothly, handling hands-on maintenance across HVAC and building systems. You’ll be the frontline expert ensuring reliability, safety, and performance wherever needed.

Required: 4–5 years of related experience, Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver's license. You’ll review work orders, plan preventive maintenance, and coach others while upholding CBRE values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or trade school with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs for mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance and oversee repairs and emergencies as needed.
• Ensure building systems operate within design specs and environmental requirements.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Share knowledge, coach others, and model CBRE RISE values.
• Lead by example to align with team and client goals.
• Explain difficult information clearly to stakeholders.
