Job summary

Ruby Labs is seeking a Growth Lead to own monetization and retention for an AI LLM chat mobile app on iOS and Android. You will drive ARPU, trial-to-paid conversion, retention, and win-back loops with data-driven hypotheses.

Lead end-to-end growth from store presence to paid renewal, delivering quarterly ARPU targets and optimizing value perception. Collaborate across teams to implement retention strategies using push, in-app messaging, and cancellation-save flows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mobile growth, product growth, or lifecycle roles on subscription apps.
• Hands-on with RevenueCat, Mixpanel, ASO, and MMPs like AppsFlyer.
• Use AI tools like Claude for faster prototyping and analysis.
