Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking a Senior Manager of Mobile Marketing to own and scale new customer acquisition for the mobile app across paid and organic channels. You will lead the end-to-end mobile acquisition ecosystem, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, Lifecycle, and Performance Marketing to optimize investment and performance.

You will manage ASO, mobile measurement, and attribution platforms, leveraging testing frameworks and scalable processes to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in growth/mobile marketing or marketing operations.
• Hands-on managing campaigns in mobile app advertising platforms (Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google Ads).
• Strong analytics, performance reporting, and competitive analysis.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, Lifecycle, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile acquisition across paid and organic channels; own the acquisition funnel.
• Own ASO strategy and app store presence to boost discoverability and conversion.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics to build measurement ecosystems (ATT, SKAdNetwork).
• Forecast, report, and translate trends into investment decisions.
• Scale new mobile acquisition programs across channels and emerging platforms.
