Cox Fleet is hiring a Vehicle Maintenance - Fleet Supervisor to join our management team. You will supervise a network of shops and mobile operations, focusing on efficient maintenance programs and data-driven decisions.

You will lead, train, and coach technicians, ensuring safety, accuracy of vehicle data, and high-quality customer service while aligning with corporate policies and cost controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 5+ years in related field preferred.
• 1+ year in management or lead role.
• Proficient with fleet management software, Microsoft programs and automotive troubleshooting software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all vehicle operations including maintenance, reporting, assignments, scheduling, and compliance.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members; manage time and deliver reviews.
• Build relationships with local business partners to enforce fleet policies and standards.
• Execute operational plans and procedures to improve efficiencies; manage costs and quality.
