Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; automotive field experience preferred.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating multiple locations.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise vehicle operations, maintenance, scheduling, and compliance.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct reviews and performance coaching.
• Liaise with local partners; enforce fleet policies and procedures.
• Implement operational plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure safety standards and zero-injury culture; promote customer service.
• Maintain vehicle data accuracy and generate performance reports.
• Handle escalated service issues and support field operations.
