Cox Automotive USA is hiring a Vehicle Maintenance - Fleet Supervisor to lead daily operations across our fleet maintenance network. The role focuses on supervising technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while optimizing uptime and service levels.

Based at a Cox location in Florida, the role offers a base salary of $74,000 to $111,000 with potential incentives. You will train staff, analyze performance data, and collaborate with partners to meet cost targets and

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required; automotive shop experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 3 years’ experience, or higher degrees with relevant experience.
1+ year of experience in management or lead role.
Proficient in fleet management software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

Manage team on vehicle operations including maintenance, reporting, assignments, scheduling, and vehicle compliance.
Train, monitor, coaching, time management, and performance reviews of team members.
Establish relationships with local business partners to enforce fleet policies and standards.
Assist management in executing operational plans and improving efficiencies.
Maintain cost, quality, and delivery commitments and ensure accurate records and data.
Ensure safety measures and promote a zero-injury culture.
