Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with related experience; alternative combo with HS diploma and 5 years in sales/customer service/lending

Responsibilities

• Sales: achieve individual/team financial, production, and relationship targets; engage with customers, prospects, and referrals.
• Service Standards: build partnerships to deliver value; identify sales/referral opportunities; support bank initiatives.
• Operations and Administration: comply with regulations; complete training; ensure transaction accuracy and efficiency.
