Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 6 months in customer service.
• Preferred Area of Experience: Sales or banking.
• Must possess a valid driver's license; frequent driving to other offices, bank customers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Service Standards - Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues.
• Operations and Administration - Comply with regulations, policies, procedures and delegated authorities to manage risk and process transactions.
• Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities and refer to bank partners.
