Job summary

First Citizens Bank in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Financial Services Representative to support sales and service delivery in the branch. You will build and expand banking relationships through proactive outreach and handling deposit accounts, lending, and related services.

As part of the team, you will engage customers, prospects and referral sources, driving financial guidance and utilizing retail banking products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 5 years' experience in Sales, customer service, or lending; or 6 months of experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank; or participation in a First Citizens career development program.
• Preferred Area of Experience: Financial services sales, telephone sales
• Required Licenses or Certifications: Bank-sponsored licensing program within 12 months of entering the role.

Responsibilities

• Sales - Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results relative to the specific metrics and goals assigned.
• Engage with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community by attending and participating in civic and community events for generating business and CRA opportunities.
• Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities and address customer needs.
• Comply with regulations, bank policies, procedures and risk management.
