Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Sales and Service Representative to join our branch team. This float role will travel to provide coverage across the Murphy, Cherokee, Hayesville, and Franklin area, handling transactions and educating customers on bank capabilities while supporting sales opportunities.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, customer service, adaptability, teamwork, and flexibility in a fast-paced community banking environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months experience in customer service.
• Preferred: Sales experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to drive frequently to other offices. Bank car not provided.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities and address customer needs.
• Comply with bank regulations and policies to manage risk related to customer transactions and financial exposures.
• Perform general office management duties to ensure operational efficiency and support branch operations.
