Job summary

First Citizens Bank seeks a Sales and Service Representative to support branch operations, process transactions and provide friendly customer service. This float role travels to Monroe, Albemarle, Marshville and Indian Trail, with mileage reimbursed.

You will identify sales opportunities, refer them to the appropriate bank partner, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues across branches.

Qualifications

• Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct customer transactions and service requests in the branch.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities; educate customers on bank capabilities.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and bank policies to manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals and other transactions accurately.
• Educate customers about bank products and services; refer opportunities to partners.
• Maintain branch operations with accuracy and efficiency; follow training deadlines.
• Drive to multiple branches as needed; mileage reimbursed.
