Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair coffee, juice, dishwashing, and chemical dispensing equipment for diverse customers across our region.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to service calls, and cultivate strong relationships with national accounts, healthcare, and hospitality clients. Requires 2 years of related experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service or equipment repair.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to read manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers.
• Provide preventive maintenance and respond to emergencies.
• Build strong customer relationships and support a regional service territory from Fort Wayne to Angola, IN and Defiance, OH.
