Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and dispensing equipment for a variety of customers including national accounts, healthcare, and hospitality.

You will work Monday–Friday with flexibility, overtime as needed, and on-the-job training in a company that values safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in customer service or equipment repair.
• Mechanical aptitude with electrical, plumbing, and sanitation codes.
• Ability to perform physical aspects including heavy lifting.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass drug screen, MVR and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, perform preventive maintenance, and service equipment for coffee, juice, dishwashers, and dispensing machines.
• Provide exceptional customer service to national accounts, healthcare, and hospitality customers.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure reliable operation and minimal downtime.
