Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Field Service professional to install, maintain and repair coffee, juice, dishwashing and chemical-dispensing equipment for customers across healthcare, education, hospitality and large operators. You will build strong customer relations and ensure service excellence.

A valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy equipment are required, with a focus on safety and reliability in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Two years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and physical aspects of the job.

Responsibilities

• Install, perform preventive maintenance and repair of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer relations and service to national accounts, healthcare, colleges, hospitality and large operators.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while representing Gordon Food Service.
