Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform installation, preventive maintenance and repairs on coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers and chemical dispensing units across NW Indiana and the Chicago area. You will build strong customer relations and ensure high service standards daily.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service or equipment repair, with a valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or equipment repair experience or equivalent education/training.
• Mechanical aptitude including electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, perform preventive maintenance and service coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers and chemical dispensing machines for a range of customers.
• Support national accounts, healthcare, colleges/universities, hospitality and large food-service operators.
• Maintain service routes across NW Indiana and the Chicago area.
