Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Field Service professional to perform installation and preventive maintenance on beverage and dishwashing equipment across a broad customer base, including healthcare and hospitality, within the Omaha, NE, and SW Iowa service area.

The role requires 2 years of customer service or repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or equipment repair experience or equivalent education/training.
• Mechanical aptitude with electrical, plumbing, and sanitation knowledge.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job including heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Install, perform preventive maintenance and service coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers and dispensing machines for various customers.
