Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Field Service professional to perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs and maintain strong customer relations for a variety of clients.

The role involves installing and servicing coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and dispensing systems, with responsibilities across national accounts, healthcare, colleges, hospitality, and large food-service operators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or equipment repair.
• Mechanical aptitude with electrical, plumbing and sanitation knowledge.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment safely.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be 18+ and pass drug screen, MVR and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install and perform preventive maintenance on coffee, juice machines, dishwashers and dispensing systems.
• Maintain strong customer relationships across national accounts, healthcare, college/university, hospitality and large operators.
• Provide emergency repairs as needed and coordinate service calls.
• Travel to customer sites and ensure high levels of service quality.
