Job summary

Gordon Food Service, Inc. seeks a Field Service Specialist in Kentucky to install, maintain and repair coffee, juice, dishwashing and chemical dispensing machines for a range of customers. Ideal candidates live in Shepherdsville or nearby.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to service calls, and support customer relations while working Monday–Friday with occasional overtime. A valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy equipment are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service or equipment repair experience, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Able to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record (MVR will be checked).
• Must be 18 years or older and pass drug screen and background checks.
• Able to work Monday–Friday 7AM–6PM with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and perform preventative maintenance on coffee, juice, dishwashing, and chemical dispensing equipment.
• Maintain strong customer relations and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Work within the designated service territory, with potential overtime as needed.
• Coordinate with national accounts, healthcare, education and hospitality clients.
