Job summary

SPS is seeking a Field Support Specialist to provide office and mailroom support across client sites in a flexible, on-call role. You will handle reception, mail, facilities tasks, and basic troubleshooting while delivering outstanding customer service to employees and visitors.

Daily duties include greeting visitors, coordinating shipping, supporting copy/print services, and assisting with moves and meeting room setups. This role requires mobility and adaptability in Boulder, CO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of work experience preferred.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to employees and visitors.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and greet visitors.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
• Manage shipping and receiving tasks.
• Assist with office supplies, facilities requests, and basic troubleshooting.
