Job summary

You will review work orders, estimate materials, and assist with installations, all while following defined procedures under supervision. A valid driver’s license is required, with hands-on maintenance duties in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills (percentages, discounts, and markups).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate the time and materials needed; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly with clients, co-workers, and supervisors; respond to inquiries.
• Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
