Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to support operation, inspection, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related building systems. You’ll perform preventative and routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety standards are met while keeping detailed records.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in building maintenance, EPA 608, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency with CMMS/BMS and MS Office is preferred, with a team-focused, safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 4 years of licensed HVAC journeyman experience or equivalent program.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Trades schooling in electrical design, refrigeration and HVAC preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience in building preventative & corrective maintenance.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Experience using CMMS &/or Building Management System (BMS).
• Strong Customer Service & Interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Strong Troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building grounds for assigned buildings.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, and facility components to keep systems up to standards.
• Perform predictive, planned, preventative and routine maintenance.
• Adhere to safety standards and work procedures; maintain time and production records.
• Analyze and resolve work problems to achieve goals.
• Utilize CMMS/BMS and other tools to track service requests.
