Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across multiple facilities. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and minimizing downtime through proactive repairs and record keeping.

You will perform preventive and repair work orders, operate and repair building systems, and document activities in real time using CMMS tools. A valid drivers license and willingness to be on-call are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days)
• 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical and production equipment maintenance
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration/refrigeration systems

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R and related systems and equipment.
• Study equipment and proper usage for daily activities.
• Perform inspections and due diligence on conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Submit P-card Receipts daily.
• Update work order status in real time.
• Use CMMS systems for all work performed.
• Must have a valid state drivers license and be available for call-in work.
