Job summary

JLL in Denver is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities. You will assist senior mechanics and independently complete defined tasks, inspecting and repairing interior and exterior areas to keep buildings operating smoothly.

Daily tasks include cleaning HVAC coils, changing filters, maintaining plumbing components, repairing locks and doors, documenting fire extinguishers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts while maintaining and repairing plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps.
• Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, and furniture throughout assigned facilities.
• Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems to ensure compliance.
• Prepare, prime and paint building interior and exterior surfaces and perform general handyman tasks to maintain buildings.
• Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
• Prioritize all preventative maintenance, corrective and emergent work orders for assigned sites (annual, monthly, weekly, and daily).
• Update work order status in real time utilizing CMMS system and elevate problems or issues to customers and management in a timely manner.
