Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Universal CFC recovery certification.
• 4+ years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• On-call duties and overtime as required.
• Background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work on mechanical, electrical and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing and related building systems.
• Conduct site inspections and due diligence reporting conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies.
• Prepare management summary reports with recommendations.
• Familiarize with building automation, fire/life safety and related equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and applicable codes.
• Support after-hours building-related activities as required.
• Attend periodic training seminars.
• Carry out other tasks typical of the Mobile Engineer role.
