Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician to service multiple buildings, systems, and equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections to keep facility operations running smoothly on a diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities include prioritizing workloads, documenting work orders, and assisting with fire life safety system upkeep in compliance with codes. A valid driver's license and 1–2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to follow basic work routines and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Service fire doors and life-safety systems per NFPA 80 standards.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and track completion.
• Support energy management to keep systems efficient and compliant.
• Inspect installations for building code and safety compliance.
• Communicate straightforward information with clients and colleagues.
• Follow defined procedures and work under supervision.
