Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain retail facilities in the Frederick area. You will manage mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, lead preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and codes.

The role requires a high school diploma or trade school background with 4–5 years of relevant experience, Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver's license. A company vehicle and tools are provided for daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or trade school diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification is required; a valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Experience with MS Office and ServiceChannel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems to keep facilities up to standards.
• Review inspections of building HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Estimate time of completion and materials needed for repairs.
• Maintain truck stock inventory and perform preventive maintenance.
