Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or trade school preferred.
• CFC/EPA Universal certification required.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Proficient with MS Office and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance and repairs for mechanical, plumbing, and control systems across multiple sites.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Oversee emergency maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
