CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician to maintain and repair building systems across multiple sites in our engineering and technical services teams.

You will perform preventive maintenance, assist with installations, review work orders, and help ensure energy efficiency while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, physical capability to lift heavy loads, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade diploma with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials; track completion.
• Support energy management to maximize system efficiency.
• Inspect installations for building code and safety compliance.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team; follow procedures.
