Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal facility performance.
• Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of a facility; maintain safety-focused mindset.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic and pneumatic facility controls and respond to alarms.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of common areas and equipment.
• Provide training to junior personnel and customer service to campus personnel and patients/parents.
