The role emphasizes safety, proactive maintenance, and rapid response to alarms across steam, chilled water, HVAC, and power networks. The position requires a high school diploma plus technical certification and hospital facilities experience, with preferred familiarity in CMMS and BAS (Metasys).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Technical School Diploma or Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal facility performance.
• Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of the facility; maintain a safety-focused mindset.
• Provide support for preventive and corrective maintenance on facility controls and respond to abnormal conditions and emergencies.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas and facility equipment.
• Improve technical expertise from senior team members and supervisor.
• Provide recommendations and oversight on installation and modification of new systems.
• Assist with the training of junior personnel.
• Provide customer service to all personnel and patients/parents on campus.
