Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair facility systems for retail sites in the Cleveland area. You will manage inspections, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on a daily basis.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 4–5 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license with Universal CFC certification. A company vehicle and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Service Channel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems for the facility to keep building systems up to standards.
• Review inspections of building including HVAC, plumbing and electrical to ensure operation within design specs.
• Manage work orders, estimate completion times and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Maintain truck stock inventory to ensure supplies and tools are available.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment meets rated life; oversee repairs and emergency maintenance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies related to building operations.
• Operate company-issued vehicles in daily work duties.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
