Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to manage facility maintenance for retail sites in the Atlanta area. Responsibilities include overseeing HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs, reviewing inspections, and coordinating with teams to meet safety and environmental standards.

Selected candidates will work with a fully equipped vehicle, tools, fuel card, technology and a branded uniform to support performance, while ensuring compliance and efficient operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of job-related experience; combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of diploma.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure operation meets design specs and environmental conditions.
• Estimate time to complete work orders and identify materials needed.
• Maintain truck stock inventory to ensure supplies and tools are available.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and handle emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations and safety directives.
