Job summary

CBRE Mobile Engineer role overseeing facility maintenance for retail sites in the Cleveland area. You’ll work across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building repairs, backed by a fully equipped vehicle, essential tools, fuel card and branded uniform.

You’ll review inspections, manage work orders with ETA and materials, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with codes and safety. A High School Diploma/GED or trade school plus 4–5 years of related experience, plus a valid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school; 4–5 years related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Apple products.
• Service Channel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Review inspections of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure design specs.
• Manage work orders with estimated completion times and material needs.
• Maintain truck stock inventory for supplies and tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance and handle emergencies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work tasks.
• Apply knowledge to complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Lead by example in CBRE RISE values and build consensus.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
