Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our in-store team in Colorado.

You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, use digital tools, educate on devices and apps, and drive solution-based selling to build relationships and satisfaction. During training you’ll earn hourly training pay and, after onboarding, become eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000, with a guaranteed minimum of $20 per hour including incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools, effective communication, education, and showcasing solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools and solution-based selling to recommend wireless and app-centric solutions that deepen relationships.
• Complete training on in-store experiences, systems, and processes; participate in store operations and asset management.
• Demonstrate customer obsession by building rapport, trust, and loyalty; follow up and capture referrals.
