Job summary

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for delivering exceptional experiences. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales, preferably in retail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Educate customers, demonstrate products, and showcase value of store offerings.
• Support store operations, learn systems and processes, and maintain knowledge of reference resources.
