Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking team members to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You will build proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions, using digital tools to showcase coverage and benefits.

Training and strong customer relationships are key to delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
