Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is a retailer-focused role supporting customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey while developing customer interaction and digital tool skills. Successful candidates will develop in customer service, product knowledge, and service plan recommendations, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
