T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Experts to join our in-store Retail Team of Experts. You will be a brand ambassador who drives energy, educates customers, demonstrates device solutions, and helps meet sales and customer experience targets.

You’ll use digital tools to assist customers, complete training, and stay current with wireless innovations. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and growth opportunities within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (preferred).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
